BAND BAJA BARAAT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • 50% of the payment will be given at the time of booking.
  • Remaining 50% payment must be made one week prior to the event. The booking will be canceled and 50% of the advance payment will be refunded if this occurs. Two phone calls will be made to remind you of the cancellation.
  • On-site décor delivered by the vendor will be 80% of what is shown at the time of booking.
  • The client must visit the venue an hour before the event to make minor changes in the placements and flowers if needed.
  • All the payments will be deposited into the Band Baja Baraat bank account.
